Frequently asked questions
Does It Hurt?
The level of discomfort varies between people and depends on the area being treated. Some people find treatments entirely painless, some people find them uncomfortable. We use cool air and ice packs both proven to reduce pain and our customers tell us they find NAAMA™ less painful than other tattoo removal.
How Long Does It Take?
The length of time it takes to remove a tattoo is affected by a number of factors. The ink used by the tattooist has a big impact on the removal process.
At NAAMA™ most customers come in every 2 weeks.
Can You Remove All Ink Colours?
NAAMA™ is particularly good with reds, blues, purples and blacks.
White and yellows are tricky to remove because of the ingredients used in the inks.
Will I Be Able To Partly Remove, & Then Get A Cover Up?
Yes! We welcome those looking to fade their ink for a cover-up, and there are lots of benefits to fading your tattoos with NAAMA™:
Can I Have Microblading Or Tattooed Eyebrows Removed?
We can absolutely treat microblading and tattooed eyebrows, although each case is different - we take into account how close the ink sits to the eye, what kind of ink may have been used, and whether hair follicles could be damaged in the process.
Can I Get Another Tattoo Once It Has Been Removed?
Absolutely. Your skin will be left smooth and healthy after NAAMA™. We recommend waiting around 6 weeks to get your new tattoo.
How Much Does It Cost To Remove A Tattoo?
We charge £249 per session, during which we aim to treat your tattoo twice. As with many cosmetic treatments, you can save money by buying multiple session upfront. We also offer NAAMA™ membership, which is particularly cost-effective if you have a large tattoo.
